After everyone has posted their character apps and have gotten approval you may participate on this section. Not that you can't participate in this section before approval, it's just recommended that you do so afterward so that there is no awkwardness if your characters don't get approved.
Thus far the current plot ideas are and should be centered around character introductions. After the game gets more apps the plots will be discussed in further detail.

Man, busy, busy, busy.
Uhm, yeah, so, introductory plot ideas. Thus far I have a few ideas involving seedy bars, random encounters and then seedy bars, window shopping silliness, shopping silliness and, well, generally anything to get characters introduced to each other in the RP's main setting- the black markets of Cybertron. This is mainly to get the 'feel' of the RP first.
Now, a note about the seedy bars: I'm trying to avoid it. It's a last resort plot setting and while it's quite good for characters meeting there's the annoying tenacity for people to get stuck RPing inside bars for half a year- which, quite frankly is a bit awkward.
The shopping/window shopping are probably the most viable plot ideas at the time being due to their ability to actually generate some sort of plot. Although there's the problem of NPCs to sort out with considering one actually has to buy things from someone else- even if they're not buying anything there's still a great chance the character will be hassled by the local vendors.
A third idea involves a brief skirmish and a murder in the alleyways and is more plot heavy than either of the two above although the details of this particular scenario will have to be fleshed out later one I know there are actual participants in the game.
